Rest Assured Homes helps people who need to sell a property quickly meet buyers who are ready to move. Whether you are selling a family home after a bereavement, a flat you can no longer keep, or you are an investor looking for motivated sellers, we make the first step simple and human.

We are a property introductions platform based in the United Kingdom. We are not an estate agent, we do not value properties, and we never take a commission on a sale. We bring sellers and buyers together, and then step out of the way.

What we do

Many people need to sell fast: probate, divorce or separation, relocation, financial pressure, or a property that needs more work than they can take on. At the same time, cash buyers, investors and families are looking for exactly those properties. Rest Assured Homes connects the two in a calm, respectful way.

How it works for sellers

  1. Chat with Amelia. Our AI assistant asks a few simple questions about your property and your situation. There is no pressure and you only share what you are comfortable with.
  2. Confirm your email. We send you one link. Clicking it confirms your details, and if you do not already have an account you are registered automatically.
  3. Your property goes live. Subscribed buyers can see it for 90 days. You can add up to 8 photos, edit anything, see how many people viewed or saved your listing, and deactivate it whenever you like.

How it works for buyers

  1. Create a free account with just your email address. There is no password to remember: we send you a sign-in code.
  2. Browse motivated sellers near you, ranked by distance in miles. New listings are tagged and appear instantly, and quick-sale listings are highlighted.
  3. Subscribe for £29.99 a month to see contact details and photos. Save favourites and set up daily search alerts so you never miss a match. Cancel any time.

Amelia is an AI assistant, and she will always say so if you ask. She is designed to be kind and clear, to listen first, and to record your details accurately. She does not give valuations, legal advice or financial advice, and she never promises a sale, a price or a timescale.

Our promises

  • No hidden commission. Sellers are never charged a percentage of the sale price.
  • You stay in control. Your details are only shown to subscribed buyers if you agree, and you can update or remove your listing at any time. Photos are permanently deleted when a listing is deactivated.
  • Honest expectations. We introduce, we do not guarantee. Every sale is agreed directly between you and the buyer.
  • Privacy first. We collect what we need and explain how we use it in our Privacy Policy.
